Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

AirKick is not responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect address information supplied by the customer.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • Any visible damage

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.

If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

AirKick is not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier but are later reported as lost or stolen.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations because your order may already be in processing or transit.

To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us as soon as possible.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
